DNA-InŽ 293 Transfection Reagent

A Transfection Reagent Specifically for HEK293 Cells
DNA-InŽ is the newest generation transfection product developed by the lead members of the scientific team that invented the LipofectamineŽ and LipofectamineŽ 2000. DNA-InŽ is a novel cationic transfection reagent which balances high transfection and expression levels with low toxicity. DNA-InŽ 293 is a novel cationic transfection reagent which balances high transfection and expression levels with low toxicity in HEK293 cells.

Features
  • Fast, simple and easy-to-follow protocol
  • One-step process: simply add DNA-InŽ 293 Transfection Reagent to diluted DNA, incubate 10 minutes, and add to pre-plated cells
  • Minimal toxicity - no need to replace medium after transfection

DNA-InŽ 293 Transfection Reagent provides Maximum Transfection Efficiency in HEK293 cells

Above, HEK293 cells were plated at 70% confluency and transfected with the EF-1 alpha promoter-GFP 24 hours after plating. DNA-InŽ 293 transfected cells (top image) provides much improved transfection efficiency and cell viability as compared to LF3K transfected cells (bottom image).

Lipofectamine is a product of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.
