    Superior Transfection Efficiency and Maximum Cell Viability - During its development and validation process, DNA-InŽ CHO Transfection Reagent underwent extensive testing in many primary and cultured cells.

    Above, adherent CHO-K1 cells were plated at ~70% confluency and transfected with the EF-1 alpha promoter-GFP after 24 hours in culture. DNA-In™ CHO transfected cells (left image) show significantly better transfection efficiency and cell viability as compare to LF3K transfected cells (right Image).


    Above data shows a side-by-side comparisons of DNA-InŽ CHO Transfection Reagent, LipofectamineŽ 2000 (LF2K) and LipofectamineŽ 3000 (LFK) in CHO-K1 cells In a head-to-head comparison study, DNA-InŽ CHO Reagent  consistently outperformed LipofectamineŽ 2000 and LipofectamineŽ 3000 transfection reagents.
