The f HPV typingTM kit is a molecular diagnostic assay designed for simultaneously detecting and direct typing of 16 specific HPV types by multiplex fluorescent PCR.  The kit uses 16 primers amplifying within E6 and E7 regions of the HPV genome of HPV types 6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 66 and 68.









The PCR kit is designed for qualitative detection of the BCR/ABL fusion gene,which is the result of a reciprocal translocation between chromosomes 9 and 22, by the real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) method.

Detection of the three most frequent variants: Major (Mbcr), minor (mbcr) and micro (μbcr) BCR/ABL. The kit is designed for in vitro diagnostics and provides qualitative detection.
