CF™Dyes The next-generation dyes for protein labeling |

|
CF dyes are a series of
fluorescent dyes with superior brightness and photostability. Primarily
designed for labeling antibodies, many of our CF dyes (near IR CF dyes in
particular) outperform the Alexa Fluor dyes (For more detailed comparison,
please download CF dye flyer and Near IR
CF dye flyer . CF dye antibody conjugates
generally give better signal to noise ratio than Alexa Fluor antibody
conjugates because of the fewer charges CF dyes carry.
CF dye products are currently
offered in three categories: CF dye-labeled secondary antibodies Table A; other CF dye-labeled products Table B; and reactive CF dyes and labeling kits (Table C). More CF dye
products will be offered in the near future as they become available. We
also do custom conjugations if you have a primary antibody or any
particular substrate molecule you would like us to label with one of the
CF dyes. |

with CF 555 phalloidin (red), mouse anti-a-tubulin followed by goat
anti-mouse CF 488A IgG (green) and DAPI (blue),
respectively. |

with mouse anti-golgin 97 and rabbit anti-COX IV primary antibodies
followed by CF488A goat anti-mouse and CF555 goat anti-rabbit secondary
antibodies. CF647-phalloidin was used to label F-actin and Hoechst 33342
was used to stain for DNA. (Green=golgi, red=mitochondria, blue=nucleus,
