JCSG+ Crystallization Screen, 1.0 ml in 96 deep-well block plate The JCSG+™ protein crystallization screen is designed for quick screenings of initial crystallization and solubility conditions for biological macromolecules. JCSG+™ covers a range of crystallization formulations of varying buffers, salts, precipitants, and pH. The buffers used give final solution pHs between 4.2 and 10.5. Many different precipitants are used, including volatile reagents such as ethanol, high molecular weight polymers such as PEG- 8000, and salts such as ammonium sulfate.

Precipitant Synergy Expanded 192 in a 96 well Block. 1.0ml ea The Expanded 192 Precipitant Synergy formulation set contains the Precipitant Synergy Primary set of 64 unique formulations, each with a synergistic combination of two precipitating agents used to rapidly obtain crystallization hits. It also contains an additional 128 formulations that cover 67% and 33% dilutions of the precipitating agents in the Primary 64 formulations, while maintaining the other buffer and additive concentrations at the 100% level.

Cubic LCP Kit The complete LCP Kit contains all tools, formulations, and lipid to prepare microcrystallization experiments according to the LCP micro method. Biological macromolecules are first incorporated into a lipidic material (LCP), and in a second step the LCP is dispensed in portions of approximately 200 nanoliters. The LCP forms spontaneously and acts as a matrix supporting the crystallization of soluable and membrane proteins.

MPCS CrystalCard 400.2, 10 pack. The MPCS CrystalCard 400.2 is a plastic microchip that embodies 2, 3+1 mixers and storage microcapillaries. CrystalCard 400.2 allows formation of fine gradients for crystal optimization and can hold up to 800 separate crystallization experiments.
