RECOM™ SPECTRUM Wide Range Protein Marker is designed as pre-stained recombinant protein marker. It's suitable as reference banding for proteins between 7 kDa to 240 kDa. RECOM™ SPECTRUM Wide Range Protein Marker is ready-to-load on SDSPAGE gels with no requirement for boiling. 10 discrete recombinant protein bands provide a wide and accurate range of reference by showing multicolor banding. The proteins are covalently linked to chromophores, enabling visible detection during electrophoresis or following electrophoretic transfer. The 25 kDa / 70 kDa proteins are double concentrated for easier band identification.
